I've never been a beach person - nor much of a water person for that matter - there are only lakes and rivers in the land-locked Prairies scoured out of the ground by the glacial action of the last ice age and the meltwaters of the Rocky Mountains .

It's probably good that I left Amoeba until the last day - I would have spent a lot more than the largish amount I spent already. I pretty much focused on the Used (I'm cheap) and Jazz (for my friend RL) sections and that took me 2 hours. |

Music-ed up, my next stop was to see TFS's workplace at Red Studios Hollywood in the old Ren-Mar Studios lot, site of a wide variety of film and television productions.
Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles was our next stop, an LA "institution" serving its namesake dishes, together or separately. Yum!
